Can I return my Liliosa order?

Sadly, we don’t accept returns for hygiene reasons. 😢 But don’t worry—we’ve got you covered with exchanges! If your item isn’t the right size, we’re happy to exchange it for the perfect fit.

How do I exchange my item?

Easy! Here’s what to do:

1. Pack your item securely and send it back to us at:

2. Include a note with:

   • Your order number 🛍️
   • The size you’d like to exchange for
   • Your address (so we know where to send your fabulous new piece!)

3. Ship it back to us using a tracked service so you can follow its journey 📦✨

What happens once you receive my item?

As soon as your parcel arrives, we’ll process your exchange the same day and send out your new piece with next-day delivery. 💨💌

How long do I have to make an exchange?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request and send back your exchange. Plenty of time to sort it out, babe! 💕

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, so make sure you use a tracked service for peace of mind.
