You can exchange items within 14 days. We do not accept returns due to the nature of the business and for hygiene reasons, however if the packaging is unopened and undamaged then we are able to exchange the items for you. Items for exchange must be returned new, unused, and with lingerie tags still attached. It is down to company discretion to exchange items due to sizing.
Exchange Requests can only be exchanged on the exact same set as purchased. In the unlikely case that the same lingerie set purchased is being discontinued we will have to refuse any exchanges and it is up to us and under the company’s discretion, to offer you a different set. Of course we will try our best to work with you if an exchange request does occur. We also will not accept refund requests on exchanged items even if the packaging hasn't been opened.
Exchanges that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Exchanges that do not comply with these regulations will not be accepted. Under the Sale Of Goods Act for lingerie stores we are not obliged to offer a refund or exchange due to the nature of the business and for hygiene purposes. If you have changed your mind about your order during transit we can accept a return if the outer packaging hasn't been broken/interfered with. We reccomed you send the items back to us tracked as we cannot be responsible for any items that are lost because of the courier.
Please also note that the maximum exchange limit is two times.
How To Exchange An Item
To exchange items please email us to let us know you would like to exchange the item/ item's. Make sure all products you wish to exchange comply with the above mentioned policies. Once an exchange request is received it is then the consumers duty to purchase a fully tracked shipping label to return to the address our returns team will provide you with.
Any issues caused by the use of a courier or a return label other than ours is not a liability to Liliosa Empire.
