Do you deliver worldwide?
We try to ship too as many countries around the world. To find out if we ship to you please enter your address in our checkout page and our website will work out the cost to deliver to you. 
I've provided the wrong delivery address, am I able to change this?
Yes if you have accidentally provided us with the wrong delivery information then please do alert us as soon as possible and we can change this for you. If your order has been dispatched already then this unfortunately is out of our hands and we suggest that you contact the courier to arrange a redirection for delivery.
My order has arrived, but I have changed my mind can I return it?
 We do not accept returns due to the nature of the business and for hygiene reasons, we sell intimate items. We are not obliged to refund or exchange your order under The Sale of Goods Act for lingerie stores.
 However in good will, you can exchange items within 14 days, if the packaging is unopened and undamaged then we are able to exchange the items for you. It is down to company discretion to exchange sizing.  Items must be returned to us new, unused, and with all labels and lingerie tags still attached. Exchange Requests can only be exchanged on the exact same set as purchased. In the unlikely case that the same lingerie set purchased is being discontinued we will have to refuse any exchanges and it is up to us and under the company’s discretion, to offer you a different set. Of course we will try our best to work with you if an exchange request does occur. We also will not accept refund requests on exchanged items even if the packaging hasn't been opened.

What shipping company do you use?
We send our parcels using Royal Mail and DPD. For any tracking enquiries please do so via the couriers website with the tracking number provided to you in your order confirmation email.
